Steve Sidwell was always a bit of a joke at Chelsea – arriving as a bit of an outlier in a squad filled with Champions League level players, and not featuring much before getting moved on.
As a pundit though, he’s actually got interesting things to say, and his insight on Chelsea is always useful for us.
He’s been speaking to Sky about Chelsea’s season under Frank Lampard, and he pointed out one thing that would have to change if the Blues wanted to win the league – their goalkeeper.
Kepa has come in for a lot of criticism, and Sidwell pointed out that the Blues couldn’t hope to win the league with him in the net.
