They put West Ham’s Declan Rice and Leicester City’s Ben Chilwell at the top of the target list, with Chelsea heavily linked with both of these England international’s.
But they also name Nicolas Tagliafico of Ajax, Jose Gimenez of Atletico Madrid, Robin Gosens of Atalanta, and Marc Cucurella of Getafe as all potential targets being looked at by the club.
