Yesterday was a bit of a roller coaster ride for Chelsea fans as publication after publication came up with their Kai Havertz to Chelsea news.
The majority of the top sources have been pretty much in agreement that the deal was progressing fast and looking likely to be completed.
Sky Germany reported that Havertz has already agreed personal terms with Chelsea, and it was just the fee that needed to be agreed.
Personal terms have already been agreed.
Kai #Haverts just wants to join #Chelsea. No other team.
In a few days there will be the official bid from Chelsea to find the agreement with Bayern Leverkusen around €80M.

Their English cousins Sky Sports then printed their version of the story and went further into the details.
Bayer Leverkusen want £90 million for Havertz, but Chelsea are looking to pay closer to £70 million. This could still work with the offer of add-ons from Chelsea.
Their Technical Director Petr Cech will fly out to Germany this Sunday once the season has finished in order to thrash out terms with Leverkusen and hopefully seal the deal completely.
It certainly is an exciting time to be a Chelsea fan.
