Chelsea TV have tried to make the most of the coronavirus hiatus with some good remote video content, and this is the best yet.
Today they had senior citizen and lifelong Chelsea fan Maureen chatting to Mason Mount, and it was quite moving to hear them chat, each isolated in very different circumstances.
Maureen even asks Mason whether he’s been staying at home – perhaps referencing the trouble he got in during the early days of quarantine when he was caught out playing 5 a side with Declan Rice.
As it turns out, they have even more in common than just the Chels.
