Chelsea have completed the signing of 16-year old HJK Helsinski player Jimi Tauriainen.
The Finland under-16 international has a very tidy left foot and has experience playing at the back, in midfield or as an attacking midfielder.
More notes from someone who's watched him: a sumptuous left foot wherever he plays, and has experience in defence, centre mid and wide attack. Has the hallmark attributes the academy look for; dynamism, athleticism, technique, end product. Part of a talented 2004 Finland group.

The youngster will join Chelsea in the summer and comes as the latest highly rated player joining the club out of the Nordic region.
Chelsea have been keenly active in the region of late:

He has been pictured casting a smile holding his Chelsea shirt alongside first team manager Frank Lampard.
He certainly looks like another hot prospect to watch for the future, and left footers are always good to have.
