Chelsea Coach Jody Morris supports post suggesting season needs to be void

The biggest footballing discussions right now are over the Premier League season, and whether it should be void.

The lower leagues in England have already been void, with that decision being taken just a few days back, and the professional leagues could follow suit despite intentions to get the season finished eventually.

Yesterday a Premier League chief went on record saying that the season absolutely must be void now, in a report via The Athletic.

The same report claims that ‘several Premier League clubs’ want the current season to end with immediate effect.

And judging by one of the accounts that liked an Instagram post from Sport Bible reporting this same story, you can believe that Chelsea are one of those several clubs.

Assistant Head Coach Jody Morris liked the post (as reported by The Daily Star), suggesting that he would be in support of such a decision.

It really does seem like the only logical solution at this stage.
