Chelsea have made a signing this week who won’t arrive until this summer, but they’ve also seen a player who they already own able to return to first team training.
Ruben Loftus-Cheek played a friendly with the U23s last week, and he continued his comeback in first team training, as you can see in the video from Chelsea TV below.
Today’s game against Man U will come too soon, but with another U23 friendly coming up to get him back up to speed, it’s now a matter of months rather than weeks before we see him in action again.
