Chelsea fans are starting to feel the excitement behind the return of midfielder Ruben Loftus-Cheek.
The 23-year old has been on the long term injury list for Chelsea since last season and he has recently been doing some light training in an attempt to regain full fitness.

His return date is unknown, but you’d expect to see him back on the pitch very early in the new year.
As soon as he finds his feet, gets back to full fitness, and hits the form we saw him in last season, he will be just like a new signing for The Blues.
His Chelsea team mate who came through the same academy as him, has been speaking his praise during ‘barber shop talk’ with Bleacher Report.

Callum Hudson-Odoi admits that he was very surprised by the speed and the strength of Loftus-Cheek when he first started training with him at Chelsea.
He said:
“Ruben, you don’t think he’s fast but he’s fast! He’s got strides, plus he’s strong.
“He’s so strong. I didn’t even know he’s that strong until one time in training he put his arm on my chest and I was like ‘wow’. He’s a monster.”
