Frank Lampard has just given his press conference ahead of Chelsea’s game with Manchester City tomorrow, and there was plenty of things to cover.
From Jose Mourinho’s arrival at Tottenham to the injury updates from the international break, there was plenty on the menu. Tomorrow’s big match against Manchester City didn’t take long to come up either.
Asked whether he thought the City team he takes on tomorrow is weaker than those of the previous couple of seasons, Lampard gave a very clear “no” answer to that, saying that the fact that they had lots 3 games was just a quirk of the fixture list more than anything else.
