Bristol City showing an interest in signing two more Chelsea players

Championship side Bristol City have already locked down the permanent signings of three Chelsea players this window, but according to The Bristol Post, they are showing an interest in two more.

City announced deals for Jay Dasilva, Tomas Kalas, and most recently Kasey Palmer, all joining from Chelsea.

This sparked humorous reactions from some City fans, who branded their team ‘Chelsea Reserves’, as The Bristol Post reported.

A joke that might look even more like reality if the latest report via The Bristol Post is anything to go by.

They claim that The Robins have an interest in signing Chelsea defenders Michael Hector and Fikayo Tomori.

Tomori played under his current boss Frank Lampard at Derby County last season, and has been involved in The Blues pre-season campaign so far.

But although he will probably go out on loan, it’s more likely to be in the Premier League, rather than the Championship.

Hector was on loan with Sheffield Wednesday last season, and there is talk of him returning there for the new campaign, which has been reported by Sheffield Wednesday News.
