Jose Mourinho has refused to comment on the idea that he could be set for a third stint as Chelsea manager.
With speculation surrounding Maurizio Sarri’s position at Stamford Bridge showing no signs of stopping, all the world’s top managers will be linked with his post.
The Chelsea job, though often problematic, is one of the most coveted managerial positions on the planet. Anyone would want to be in charge here.
Mourinho, who has already been our manager twice, is available and has a pre-existing relationship with the high brass in West London.
While we deem it incredibly unlikely that Roman Abramovich goes down that road again, Mourinho is clearly unwilling to rule it out.
