Chelsea face Watford at Stamford Bridge in just under an hour, and the teams are in!
The race for the Champions League has come down to this game, and Maurizio Sarri surprises nobody with his elite selection.
Just as we predicted in our predicted XI, Marcos Alonso and Mateo Kovacic come in for Emerson and Ruben Loftus-Cheek. We don’t particularly agree with dropping them, but w can see the Italian coach’s logic in doing so.
Alonso adds height against a physical Watford team, and RLC may not be fit enough to play two games in a week. Let’s hope he can come on in the second half and make a difference.
Eden Hazard is back in the team of course, in perhaps his last game at Stamford Bridge. Let’s hope he can make it a really memorable one for everyone.
