David Luiz is a warrior out on the pitch, and we’ve seen him get into a few tasty situations over the years, including on Sunday.
He always plays the game in the right spirit despite being a hard competitor, and the interview he had before the match showed him in a great light as he complimented the Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp effusively before the gae.
Klopp’s personality gets on some people’s nerves, but you can’t deny his quality as a manager. The former Dortmund coach has the Reds absolutely flying, and it’s easy to imagine Luiz looking enviously over at the opposite bench while Sarri scribbled furiously.
