More details about Eden Hazard’s potential move to Real Madrid are emerging.
The Belgian winger looks set to make the switch this summer at last, after years of speculating. It’s been taken as read since at least last summer than this would be the time he moves, but now as the window gets closer we’re finally getting some details – true or not – about the move.
Last week it was Marca in Spain reporting that the deal was going to be sealed in a “matter of days”.

Eden Hazard has agreed contract terms with Real Madrid, according to @FredCalenge.

Now, as you can see above, it’s reports in France that the winger has agreed the actual terms of his contract with Real Madrid. GFFN are usually pretty reliable, while we’re not so sure about this Fred Calenge figure.
Presumably Hazard will be getting a quite staggering figure in this move. They’re going to get him below market rate at around £100m by the sounds of things, and a lot of that saving will be made up in his contract. Remember that he has no agent too, so that’s another 10% on top.
But regardless of whether it’s true that a deal is sorted, this is just a further worrying whisper that indicates the Belgian is getting further and further from our grasp.
