This article on CalcioMercato for example, describes a potential transfer “merry-go-round” whereby Edin Dzeko would join Juventus; with Gonzalo Higuain in turn moving to Roma to replace the former Manchester City striker.

It’s all rather far-fetched to be honest, but it certainly beats thinking about our last game. If we’re not going to extent Higuain’s loan here, it’s not really our problem anyway. He’s not impressed much and the fee to keep him may put him out of reach.

We need to focus on the players we do have next season.
