This might just be the best N’Golo Kante story yet!
We’ve recently had the story of how the midfielder went to a mosque with some guys he randomly met after missing his train, and in the past there’s been countless stories of his humility.
But the story about Kante that’s just come out on Der Spiegel’s Football Leaks page tops them all.
According to the latest edition of their whistle blowing, the French midfielder set up an offshore account – but then refused to be paid through it.

Honestly, the guy just gets better and better. Is there anything he can’t do?
As well as being a top player, he seems like a top bloke, and often he’s the only good PR that comes out of this club at times.
They say that actions speak louder than words, and in the case of the reserved Kante, that’s more true than ever.
