Predicted XI: The two changes Maurizio Sarri will make to take on Arsenal

Maurizio Sarri is close to having his first choice XI available for today’s game against Arsenal, and it will be fascinating to see what side he picks against Arsenal at Stamford Bride today.

The Italian went with Kepa in goal last time out against Huddersfield, despite the keeper having only been at the club a couple of days, so there’s no reason to think he won’t stick with him for this game.

At right back, Cesar Azpilicueta is one of the first names on the teamsheet, and it’s hard to see anything but serious injury dislodging him from that spot all season.

In the middle, Sarri has clearly decided on Antonio Rudiger and David Luiz as his first choice pair. They looked mighty shaky against Manchester City, but restored confidence with some good play last weekend.

Marcos Alonso has had the left back spot locked down since the first game of preseason, and Emerson looks like he’ll have to earn a shot at it by playing in cup games.

In the midfield N’Golo Kante and Jorginho are locks to play, with the third spot more interested. Ross Barkley has played there so far, but Ruben Loftus Cheek came on against Huddersfield, and we reckon he will finally get his chance to start this time out.

The front three will likely see Alvaro Morata go on up front, after getting his manager’s backing in the press conference yesterday. Out wide, Eden Hazard should be fit to start, and Pedro‘s goal last week should buy him the last spot in the team, with Willian dropping to the bench.
