Antonio Conte prickled at the suggestion that he had fallen out with David Luiz in his press conference yesterday ahead of tonight’s game against Atletico Madrid.
The manager was asked about Luiz’s knee problem, and whether the reason for his absence was purely because of this injury issue, or if he was upset with Conte or visa versa.
Unsurprisingly the manager took offence at his words being taken as lies, and replied “if you don’t believe me, that’s your problem.”
