Manchester City lost their heads at the end of the game yesterday, they clearly did not take being beat in front of their own fans very kindly.
With Chelsea heading to victory, Sergio Aguero flew into David Luiz’s knee with his studs aloft. It was a disgusting challenge, and one that showed how little respect he has for his fellow professionals.
Fernandinho was next to disgrace himself. He grabbed Cesc Fabregas by the neck and continued to push him until he fell backwards over the advertising boards.
Both of their intentions were clear; to injure our players. There is no room for that in football, and it will come as no surprise if the FA choose to take fruther action against the pair of them.
