Football.London claim that Chelsea have joined a race being led by Leicester City, who are already preparing for their Premier League return next season. 17 year old Odogu is likely to make his first team debut before the end of this campaign for Wolfsburg, unless he gets snapped up by another team.
If Chelsea really like him, their smartest move might be to buy him and loan him back so he can keep developing. There’s quite the queue at centre back in the first team now.
