Chelsea player could follow in brother’s footsteps with Serie A move

Mauricio Pochettino finally confirmed in his press conference on Friday that Trevoh Chalobah is back in training with the senior squad now, and that his long injury absence is behind him.

The Blues have been keen to sell the defender since the summer, but his endless fitness issues have stopped him being able to seek a move in earnest.

Now he’s ready to pass a medical, it’s time to drum up some interest.

We’re always hearing about interest from Serie A, with AC Milan and Roma both mentioned in the past. But now Tutto Mercato Web have added a new idea to the list – Napoli.

They claim that the reigning champions are looking to add a defender, and that Chalobah’s name has come up. We can see him doing really well over there. It would make an interesting return too – Trevoh’s older brother Nat was on loan at Napoli back in 2015.
