Chelsea’s official YouTube channel have today uploaded a video where they show highlights from the victories against Manchester City during the 2016/2017 season.
This video really was a throwback to a time where Chelsea were dominant in the league, since this season, the club have not been the same since.
There are many reasons, changes of manager, players being bought for a particular system, poor recruitment and so on.
However, there is one key difference that you notice between that Chelsea team and this Chelsea team. That Chelsea team had characters and leaders all over the pitch, whereas we know this side is very young and are still learning.
Chelsea need more experience in the squad over the next windows if they are to get back to competing for the Premier League title again.
