Chelsea and Tottenham are reading the race for talented young attacker Marcus Edwards, according to a report via Sport Witness.
I have watched him quite a lot over the last few months and he would be an exciting addition to our squad, but that would be on the unfortunate basis that Noni Madueke left as Edwards operates on the right flank.
To me, I do not see space for him in our current squad and we should not be looking to add another winger, especially knowing the fact that Christopher Nkunku can play anywhere across the front four.
Edwards nevertheless is a fantastic dribbler and produces explosive pace and good tight control, with the ability to finish.
Despite this report, Chelsea will surely be looking for a striker in January instead and save the budget entirely for that.
