French pundit Julien Laurens has critiqued Mauricio Pochettino over his choice of subs against Arsenal.
Pochettino subbed off Mudryk and brought on Nicolas Jackson and from there, the game changed.
Mudryk was high on confidence and had scored the second goal but was still subbed.
Jackson was brought on to bring more central runs in behind and add a focal point for the defenders to hit as Arsenal’s press gained more strength and vigour.
As it turned out, Jackson missed a chance to score the third goal by failing to round David Raya before Chelsea then conceded two goals.
