He is growing in confidence game by game and Pochettino deserves credit for sticking with him lately and letting him start through the rough patches.
You would think he could be an outlet that will give Arsenal all sorts of problems on the weekend, likely occupying the left wing position if Chelsea are going to get the best out of him in that match, with Ben White not a natural right back and perhaps struggling for pace in wide areas at least.
