Two top Spanish sources confirm La Liga giants interest in Chelsea attacker

Yesterday there was a story circulating that has now grown in pace in last nights roundup of Chelsea news.

According to reports in Spain yesterday morning, Real Madrid are showing an interest in signing Chelsea attacker Kai Havertz.

Then last night, two more Spanish sources, Relevo and Diario AS, have reported the same story of Real Madrid’s interest in Havertz.

Releveo say that if Real Madrid are unable to sign Harry Kane from Tottenham this summer, they will turn their attention to Kai Havertz. Chelsea boss Mauricio Pochettino reportedly wouldn’t mind if he left for another signing to move to Stamford Bridge because he is not a priority.

You’d expect that Havertz would probably be pretty keen for Chelsea to take interest from Real Madrid, as he has had a very up and down time at Stamford Bridge that has mainly ended up in downs other than his famous Champions League winning goal of course.
