Another young talent is set to join Chelsea, with contracts and documents signed within the last 24 hours according to Fabrizio Romano.
There have been links to the Norwich attacker for some time, but it seems like everything is signed and sealed and finally the brilliant talent will be coming to join us.
He had the choice of much bigger teams than Norwich when he moved there, but chose the Canaries because of their excellent youth setup.

It’s all part of the continuing project to build the best young team in the country, after a few years where standards have slipped, we need to get the whole pathway back on track from top to bottom. Players like Matos are a great way to start.
However, the project will encounter great difficulties if we continue to block the pathways of these youngsters to first team action. What chance we see Matos sold off for a pittance a few years down the line with 0 senior appearances to his name?
