Arsenal are the frontrunners to sign West Ham midfielder Declan Rice this summer according to a report.
According to transfer expert Fabrizio Romano, Arsenal are “very confident” of signing Rice and feel they are the front runners. They are already discussing the opening terms of the Rice bid in June.

This means if Chelsea want to sign Rice now, they have a lot of work to do and will have to come in at the last minute.
And then if they cannot land Rice, will they turn their attentions elsewhere?
In the same report, Romano name drops Moises Caicedo with a potential move to Chelsea, with The Blues showing an interest in him.
He says that Chelsea are tracking Caicedo along with Arsenal and Manchester United. You’d imagine if Arsenal landed Rice though, they wouldn’t be able to get Caicedo as well.
