Chelsea went from a historically bad run to three wins on the spin. What changed? Well, according to Graham Potter, it was mostly luck.
It’s not the kind of detailed tactical answer people are hoping for, but at least it’s in line with what he was saying after all those defeats. He maintained we were playing well but just not getting lucky with our finishing.
Now, we’re still playing well, but things are dropping our way, as he explained:
“We’ve been a little bit more positive and aggressive in our approach. A little bit of luck which you need. Really pleasing for the boys, but we have to start again.”
