Chelsea have revamped half their squad in the course of two transfer windows – but they’re not done yet.
The Blues are now being linked with Manu Kone of Borussia Monchengladbach to fill the hole at the base of their midfield. Mateo Kovacic and Enzo Fernandez have been a brilliant partnership in the last few games, but that’s a very attacking combination, and it won’t do against teams who are going to put us under a lot of pressure.
#Chelsea and PSG have enquired for Borussia Mönchengladbach's Manu Koné. He 'dreams' of a Premier League move. Koné's agents have met with Mönchengladbach over a summer exit, who've made it clear any fee must be significantly more than €25M.

N’Golo Kante looks like he’s going to sign a new contract, but at this point we’ve seen he’s injury prone and not getting any younger, so it’s vital to have a defensively capable option on the books.
Kone could be a great option, although it won’t be easy to sign him now – PSG are also being linked. The report from SportBild quotes a price of €25m – but if there are indeed multiple big clubs trying to sign him, that will presumably rise rapidly.
