Bayern Munich started this summer’s managerial merry go round early when they sacked Julien Nagelsmann over the weekend and appointed Thomas Tuchel.

That leaves Nagelsmann, one of the most highly rated young coaches around, available, and plenty of clubs (including Chelsea) are likely looking enviously at him and comparing the talented German to what they have in place.

According to Valentina Maceri however, they will need to be patient, as Nagelsmann has “no interest” in joining another club at the moment.

You can see her make her point in the clip embedded here:

But in fact this rather benefits Chelsea. Even if they do want to get rid of Graham Potter (and we’ve seen no signs that they do), they will give him until the end of the season.

Unless things go terribly wrong in these final weeks of the season, we imagine Potter will be in place for next season – but he may feel someone watching over his shoulder now.
