Chelsea may well be looking at signing another new forward in the summer, despite having already signed three new attackers in January.
Although they have signed attackers, they still lack a player who can play as a number 9, at least in the classic sense. And according to sources at Si & Dan Talk Chelsea, this is one position they are looking to sign in come the summer when the next transfer window opens up.

The report says that Chelsea are considering new number 9 options for the summer, and topping this list as of now is Ivan Toney and Dusan Vlahovic. There’s a feeling in the club that they still need to sign a more natural 9 to lead the line. Chelsea also reportedly still have Victor Osimhen on the radar.
Toney is obviously facing gambling charges right now, so Chelsea will need to wait and see the outcome of that before making any decisions to pursue or not.
