Kaveh Solhekol was on Sky Sports once again this afternoon, trying to make sense of Chelsea’s spending so far – and the fact that they’re being linked with further spending.
When it was asked of him whether there was any method to the madness, he was unwilling to really put his neck on the line and say yes – but he was willing to say that he could see some of the logic.
“There is a method to what they’re doing” he insisted, despite admitting it looked “out of control” to those on the outside. He doesn’t look entirely convinced, to be honest, but it’s interesting to see the points he makes – especially with regards to the relative strength of the dollar.
