It was only late last night that we got the first whispers of PSG interest in Hakim Ziyech – now here we are just 12 hours later and the Parisians’ manager Clement Galtier is speaking openly about his team’s interest in the winger.
Fabrizio Romano had some quotes from the new PSG boss where he discussed the talks between the two clubs over a move. The last whispers were that it might not happen, but the fact that Galtier is happy to speak about it means it must still have a shot.
He said he and his club were “working on” the deal, “it’s true… talks are ongoing,” he explained.

This one feels very evenly balanced – it serves all parties to sort out a move, it’s just a question of settling on the right terms. Considering it’s likely to be a loan deal at first, there’s still more than enough time for an agreement to be reached before 11pm tonight.
