Denzel Dumfries is still being hawked around the English market – and today Nicolo Schira is even reporting that the right back’s agent is in the country to try and secure a long awaited Premier League switch for the Inter right back.
Inter quite clearly want to cash in – but despite the number of teams wanting right backs, none have yet cracked and paid the €40m they want.

Previously we would have said €40m is too much for a reserve player unlikely to get too much first team action once Reece James is back.
But now we’ve seen the kind of spending these new owners are willing to commit to – we wouldn’t rule anything out. Given James’ injury issues, maybe an expensive option is the way to go, long term.
Youngster Malo Gusto of Lyon still feels a better choice, but there’s nothing wrong with having multiple options on the go.
