Romeo Lavia is still a teenager, and is only starting his first season in the Premier League – but he’s already taking the division by storm. He’s turned heads all around since his first start in August.
One reason that Chelsea have been linked so closely with him is that they’ve recently appointed Joe Shields, the man reportedly responsible for recruiting him to Southampton.
Perhaps he will bring him with – or at least find us the next one off the production line.
