One of Chelsea’s less heralded recent signings was Gabriel Slonina, the goalkeeping prodigy signed in the summer after breaking into the Chicago Fire first team as a teenager.
Now that the MLS season is over he’s come to England to start his adaptation, and this week saw the first glimpses of him at the training ground with his new teammates.

We still don’t expect to see “Gaga” in action anytime soon, and in fact he’s likely to be loaned out for multiple years, but it’s still exciting to see his first action at Cobham.
