Former Blue says ‘any team in the world’ will want to sign Chelsea target

There is one player this week who has rightly been receiving all the plaudits after a fine showing at the World Cup so far.

He didn’t even need a breakout performance at this competition, because fans, pundits, coaches, and players have already been raving about him for quite some time now.

Todd Boehly hoping his relationship with West Ham will help them get ahead to sign Declan Rice!

But Jude Bellingham has certainly been standing out at the World Cup in the last couple of weeks, and his performance for England against Senegal at the weekend, was just simply world class.

Bellingham is going to be THE next biggest transfer saga and he is going to leave Dortmund for a lot of money when that time comes.

Chelsea are certainly one of the teams interested in signing the midfielder, as are many other top clubs.

Journalist Matt Law of The Telegraph recently claimed that Chelsea are willing to bid whatever it takes to sign Bellingham from Dortmund.

And former Chelsea player Pat Nevin believes there isn’t a single club who will not be trying to sign him.

He does look extra, extra special,” Nevin told Off The Ball.

“I’ve seen him have quiet games, but you do that when you’re young. At the moment you just see a player’s gate change, his body shape change, his attitude towards the rest of the world change.

“Any team in the world now would take him. I don’t think there’s a single team on the planet, if you offered him, they wouldn’t take him right now.

“He’s going to be a very special player.”
