We were so excited by Ethan Ampadu as a youngster that we covered his first couple of loans in a lot of detail.
Sadly his moves to RB Salzburg and then Sheffield United didn’t go too well, so he fell off our radar in recent years. But his move to Venezia last season was a hit, and Spezia picked him up this year.
His last two games there have been excellent, and if you were interested in an update on how he’s getting on, he have his best moments from their 1-1 draw last night.
