According to transfer expert Fabrizio Romano, The Blues have agreed a long-term contract with 19-year-old Russian rising star, Arsen Zakharyan.

Sources: Big positive Declan Rice to Chelsea update!

Romano tweeted the latest report this lunch time, and he says now that the two clubs are working to reach an agreement for the fee, for the player to then join Chelsea in 2023.

As you can see below, Romano says Chelsea are confident in getting the deal done.

The attacking midfielder is just one of many top young talents Chelsea are looking to try and sign, and have already signed, since the new ownership group took charge of the club in the summer.

It’s a real sign of ambition from the new owners as they look to get ahead of other clubs for some of the best rising stars in world football, and Zakharyan can certainly be considered one of them.
