(Video): Ruben Loftus-Cheek wants to “cherish” these games after impressive Champions League performance

It now feels normal that Ruben Loftus-Cheek is a regular starter for Chelsea, and tonight he played really well as the Blues beat AC Milan.

Bit by bit he’s got his confidence back, and Graham Potter could end up using him really consistently.

That would be fantastic for Ruben, and fantastic for Chelsea as they look to build a more dynamic midfield.

The amount of rotation that’s likely to go on in the coming weeks will mean lots of starts for Ruben, even when N’Golo Kante is fit.

Speaking to Chelsea TV, the midfielder admitted he wanted to “cherish”  these Champions League games under the lights.
