Rafael Leao impresses Stamford Bridge with dangerous first half performance

After a summer of strong transfer links with Chelsea, we were all curious to see if Rafeal Leao would bring his A-game to Stamford Bridge tonight.

He certainly has, and in a half which saw the home team take the lead and restrict AC Milan to just a couple of shots, he will nevertheless the outstanding attacking force on the pitch.

His first significant action of the game was to pick up the ball and skin Raheem Sterling from a standing start, despite being a foot taller than him. That was enough to generate a murmur around the stadium, and when Leao ended the half by driving towards goal and shaking off Blue shirts before setting up a great chance, there really was a buzz around the place.

He is getting the crowd off their seats playing for the other team – just imagine what he could do playing for us?
