Sacking Thomas Tuchel was a controversial move, and one that a lot of Chelsea fans didn’t agree with.
It was the first time that new owner Todd Boehly had to make a tough call that he knew a lot of fans wouldn’t be happy with, and some still can’t get their heads around it.
David Ornstein went on NBS in the USA to discuss the move, and he explained how this kind of decision was reminiscent of Boehly’s philosophy to coaches as owner of the LA Dodgers baseball team.
