Chelsea have just announced Graham Potter as their new head coach for the next five-years.
Of course, it’s a case of we will believe it when we see it, but it looks like the intentions are to have Potter at the helm for the long-term as they build their project.

Thomas Tuchel was let go by the club on Wednesday morning, hours after an embarrassing defeat in Croatia losing 1-0 to Dinamo Zagreb. Then just a day later, Potter was in his desk.
Chelsea fans were upset, naturally, but they will soon be getting fully behind the new man in the hot seat.
According to The Telegraph, there are two personality traits about Potter that appealed to them a lot.
Boehly and Eghbali were impressed with the fact Potter is a “risk taker”, having started his coaching career in Sweden with Ostersunds, before managing at Swansea City and then Brighton, and were attracted to the fact he has a Masters in Emotional Intelligence.
