Graham Potter has just been announced as the new Chelsea manager, and as suspected several members of his backroom staff from Brighton will be joining him.
Two coaches and a recruitment analyst will be coming to West London along with Potter, and it’s going to cost Chelsea.
We had heard that Potter was going to cost £10m to get out of his contract, and according to Simon Stone, the full team will cost Chelsea over £21m.
Been told compensation figure to @OfficialBHAFC for Graham Potter and staff is £21m +. Chelsea have invested a lot in the Brighton model this summer.

That’s a lot of money for coaches but, Chelsea are trying to commit to their new manager fully, and backing him with staff he wants is just as important as getting him the right type of players to work with.
In the grand scheme of things, in football terms, £21m is not that much. Let’s hope it works out as a good investment.
