Graham Potter has only been the new Chelsea manager now for just over a week and he has only managed one game. But already, the Chelsea players are reportedly enjoying working with him.
Potter has some work to do to get this group performing well again after a long period of inconsistency and poor performances under Thomas Tuchel, who was sacked as a result.
Chelsea have been making many big changes under the new ownership, and things are looking to take shape and look positive moving forward. Potter is clearly a great man-manager, but he will need to show he can now cut it at a top club like Chelsea.
He’s already got the players on his side, according to Nick Purewal of PA Media. Purewal reports that Chelsea’s players are encouraged by the speed with which owners Todd Boehly and Behdad Eghbali are rebuilding the club’s off-field structure, and they are already enjoying working with Graham Potter.
