Chelsea are one of many Premier League clubs who have stepped up scouting missions of young players around the world this season.
We know that new owner Todd Boehly has a desire to sign up some of the top young talents currently in world football, and we have already seen clear evidence of this with some of the signings he has already made over the summer.

They are also one of the clubs scouting Chilean wonderkid Dario Osorio this season, according to a report from 90min.

18-year-old Osorio, who has played for the senior national team, is considered one of Chile’s best prospects since the likes of Alexis Sanchez, Gary Medel and Arturo Vidal broke through for La Roja.
Real Madrid and Barcelona are also interested, but the main interested is being described as ‘coming from England’ right now and Chelsea’s name have been mentioned.
He currently plays for Universidad de Chile.
