Chelsea eyeing popular choice as new Director of Football

Chelsea’s next point of call after changing managers last week is to soon hire a new Director of Football at the club.

Graham Potter came in to replace Thomas Tuchel, who was sacked last Wednesday morning, an act that many Blues fans were annoyed with.

However, Potter has the reigns now after Chelsea bought him in from Brighton, and Blues fans will now be backing the new man and getting behind the new era.

We have been hearing talk of a potential new Director of Football arriving at Chelsea for some time now, but the club are now making this a priority to happen before the next transfer window in January at the latest.

We’ve seen many names linked, but a new one has come up this morning via a report from The Times.

They claim that Chelsea are eyeing Luis Campos as their next sporting director and it’s understood Todd Boehly has already spoken to him. Campos has been working as an advisor for PSG recently and would be a very popular choice with his impressive history in similar roles.
