Well, as far as motivation goes, the latest comments from AC Milan manager Stefano Pioli should be more than enough to hype Chelsea up to beat them when the two clubs meet soon.
Chelsea play AC Milan twice at the start of October in the Champions League, and already the stakes are very high for The Blues after getting off to a bad start in the competition.
Sources: Chelsea start scouting in USA and have an interest in Leeds United player.
But Pioli doesn’t seem to be too concerned about facing Chelsea right now, well at least he is more concerned about facing Empoli in Serie A, describing that as the more difficult game.
He believes that the games against Chelsea are more than winnable if AC Milan are on their game.
Milan coach Stefano Pioli: "I understand there are expectations around the Chelsea games, but I maintain the most difficult match for us will certainly be against Empoli. I trust that if we play at our usual levels, then results against Chelsea are certainly within our reach."

To be honest, on current form, he certainly has a good point here. I think any team would fancy themselves against Chelsea right now. But under a new manager, Chelsea are also capable of anything right now too.
