AC Milan linked with €30m bid for Chelsea striker

SempreMilan have today translated some of the ongoing links between Chelsea and AC Milan, with the Italian club apparently chasing Armand Broja.

Divock Origi has had injury problems all season, while Zlatan Ibrahimovic is more of a cheerleader and occasional supersub than a starter these days, so it’s easy to see why Stefano Pioli’s team want a new option in their squad.

They apparently think they can get Broja for €30m, which is potentially true given his age and goal record.

Ultimately though, this will all come down to Graham Potter, and nothing will be decided for quite some time as the new manager gets to know Broja and the other striking options available for him.

We could well see Broja go in January, or next summer, but equally he could also establish himself as Chelsea’s number one forward in the next couple of months.

So patience all around is the order of the day.
